Registration Payments:
A valid credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA) is required to register online, and online registrations are real-time transactions. All registrants will receive a registration confirmation via email.
Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.

Please note: Registration fees to not include hotel. Hotel booking within the IAC block at the Washington Hilton Hotel, at the reduced rate of $161/night plus taxes and fees, will be available following conference registration.

Registration Changes:
Attendees can modify their existing registration or generate a receipt from the registration website by following the instructions in their confirmation. Bring your confirmation with you to the meeting for faster processing.

Cancellation Policy:
Name changes or cancellations must be received in writing on/or before September 1, 2015 to qualify for refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made after September 1 but prior to October 1 qualify for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made after October 1 will not receive a refund.
Please submit all changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via e-mail or fax 801-355-0250. No refunds for cancellations will be accepted after October 1, 2015.

You must first register for the conference before making your hotel reservation. IAC has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving a room in the reserved block.

All reservation rates are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and reservations must be received by September 25, 2015, to be eligible for IAC block rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for one night's room & tax for each room reserved.

Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Event Solutions. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.

Reservations cancelled after September 25, 2015 and prior to 24 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $25 processing fee for each room cancelled. Deposit of one night�s room & tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival date.

Send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via e-mail or fax to 801-355-0250. Within 72 hours of arrival, please contact the hotel directly to make changes and cancellations.
