What documentation do I need?
If you are a U.S. citizen, you will need a passport valid for six months beyond the date of return on this trip. Non-U.S. Citizens, please contact your consulate for requirements. It is your responsibility to be aware of documentation requirements before you travel.
How do I register for the trip?

When should I register?
As early as possible, registration will only be available through March 15, 2012. Register early and be the first to reserve your place and select your activities.
When should I book my airline tickets?
Remember you are provided a travel allowance and reimbursed for your tickets. Please consult with your local office Account Manager for further reimbursement details. We encourage you to book your airline tickets as early as possible so you can obtain a ticket within the allocated travel allowance. All travel arrangements should be complete and communicated to Nu Skin no later than March 15, 2012. This insures your transportation to and from the airport in Paris will be flawless.
When should I arrive at the airport?
Recommended international check-in time is at least three hours prior to departure. Please access the airline's website to check for schedule changes/flight delays and reconfirm recommended check-in time prior to leaving for the airport. In most cases you can also print your boarding pass from your home computer.
Which airport should I plan to fly into?
Please make your arrangements to fly into the Charles de Gaulle international airport. The airport code is CDG.
Will transportation to and from the airport to the hotel be provided?
Yes, however only on the main arrival date (Monday, May 7) and the main departure date (Sunday, May 13). If you will arrive or depart on a date other than those indicated above you will need to provide your own transportation. You will need to provide your arrival and departure information by March 15, 2012 in order for us to arrange your transportation.
What will the weather be like?

What should I pack?
Pack light, comfortable clothing, including business-casual attire, light trousers, short-sleeved shirts, and/or dresses. The final evening will be a formal event. Make sure you pack a pair of comfortable walking shoes as Paris is a wonderful walking city. You may want to bring layers such as a sweater or wrap, for possible cooler evenings.
What items can I carry on?
Please review your airline's carry-on guidelines before departing.
How much luggage can I take?
Please check with your airline to confirm the current luggage limitations and any applicable fees.
As a reminder, please do not pack your valuables or things you will need within the next 24 hours in your checked luggage. These include (but are not limited to) your passport, credit cards/cash, laptop, "Blackberry", camera, cell phone, jewelry, glasses, contact lenses and solution (note limits), and medication.
When you arrive at the airport, make sure your luggage is checked through to your final destination airport.
What is the proper identification I should have on my luggage?
All luggage and carry-on bags should have your full passport name listed that you use when registering for the trip. This is the same name that will be on all hotel documentation. To help the hotel promptly deliver your luggage the name on your luggage needs to match the hotel room name.
For what expenses should I expect to pay?
Items of a personal nature such as bar beverages, laundry, telephone charges, spa services, and optional activities are not included, and will be your responsibility to pay for upon check-out. You will also be responsible for all additional luggage fees. The hotel accepts American Express, Diner’s Club, Visa, Mastercard and JCB.
How can I contact home?
You can call directly from your hotel room but please note hotels charge substantial service fees. These charges will be added to your hotel incidental bill and must be settled prior to departure from each hotel. We recommend that you use your mobile phone or a calling card to call home.
Will the hotel have internet access?
Yes the guest hotel rooms will have complimentary internet access for Nu Skin guests during the program week.
How can I be contacted?
For your convenience, a card with the hotel's contact information will be included with your Travel Packet. Please leave this card behind when you leave for the trip.
What is the maximum number of guests permitted in a room?
The hotel allows a maximum of three (3) persons in a room, however the 3rd person is an additional cost and triple occupancy rooms are based on availability. Please see the registration page for additional cost and age restrictions.
May I change tours when I arrive in Paris?
Many of the corporate sponsored tours are capacity controlled due to the pre-arranged tickets required for entry to the most popular Paris attractions. Certainly if there is availability we would be happy to switch your tour. However, we encourage you to sign up in advance with the tour you are most interested in attending.
What languages will be available on tour and in the meetings?
The general session will have translation in Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Russian. Depending on the tour, Nu Skin will provide translation for Japanese, Korean, Chinese. Not all tours will be available in all languages. Please refer to the tour information section of the website for information on translation and tours.
What will be included in the Paris trip?
Nu Skin has included transportation to and from the airport to the hotel on main arrival/departure dates; six night hotel accommodations at the Le Grand Hotel, daily breakfast buffet, Welcome Reception, general session meeting, Seine River Dinner cruise, private tour of Louvre, one tour and dinner gala at Palace of Versailles. All other meals, tours, activities are the responsibility of the traveler.
How can I indicate my dietary needs?
On the registration form please indicate any dietary needs or allergy issues. Nu Skin will do its best to take these into consideration when selecting meals for the group Please note however, that due to the large group size, individual requests may not always be accommodated.
What is the currency in France?
The Euro is the standard currency. You may change money at the hotel or at a bank near the hotel.
What is the power requirement in France?
Electricity in France is 230 Volts Outlets in France generally accept 1 type of plug:
Two round pins.
When will I receive detailed information from Nu Skin?
Approximately one month prior to the Paris trip you will be sent a “travel document” which will contain the current schedule of events, luggage tags, leave behind card and general information about the trip. This travel document will be sent to you upon completion of your registration, tour selection and airline information. We look forward to your completion of this information no later than March 15, 2012.
