*Pre-conference training must be paid for in advance by end-of-day MAY 15, 2012. Failure to pay in advance will result in cancelled course reservation.
Guest passes (includes access to all meals & socials for a guest of a conference attendee)
Adult guest pass (ages 16 & up): $85.00
Child guest pass (ages 3-15): $45.00
Ages 2 & under: no cost
Cancellations for conference fees received prior to June 15, 2012 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after June 15, 2012. Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact us directly if you wish to arrange a cancellation/substitution.
Credit cards - All major credit cards are accepted for payment and processed instantly when registering online.
Checks / P.O. Numbers - You may register with a P.O. number to pay by check. Please be aware that a $15 processing fee will be added to your conference fee when registering with a P.O. number for administrative processing purposes. Payment must be received IN FULL prior to the start of conference.
